Covid-19 response and plan of action

In this unprecedented time, the Hire Well Now team wants to assure our customers that we are in full operation while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our staff, our clients and their hiring managers and applicants.

We have activated a set of protocols in guidance with the Center for Disease Control, local authorities and the state of Missouri health department. These protocols include allowing and encouraging our employees to work remotely from home or other safe space. Those that have chosen to work from our office are practicing social distancing by maintaining a 6-foot barrier of personal space and performing routine environmental and personal hygiene. This includes frequently wiping down common areas and spaces such as keyboards, countertops, headphones and communication gear with disinfectant wipes. In addition, we have provided personal hygiene items such as hand sanitizer, disposable surgical gloves, and cell phone antibacterial wipes. All business travel has been suspended for the next 30 days.

In order to help our recruiting clients, Hire Well Now is providing a virtual interview solution so our clients’ Hiring Managers can conduct interviews with applicants in a safe, secure and healthy way.
